Latham Advises the Canal+ Group in Connection With Its Acquisition of Ocs and Orange Studio

A Paris antitrust team represented Canal+.
Latham & Watkins has advised the Canal+ Group in connection with its acquisition of the OCS (Orange Cinéma Séries) pay TV package and Orange Studio, the film and series co-production subsidiary.
The Canal+ Group will become the sole shareholder of the two companies following this transaction.
The Latham team was led by Paris antitrust partners Jacques-Philippe Gunther and Mathilde Saltiel, with Paris associates Juliette Raffaitin, Constance Dobelmann, and Louis Bouyala.
