Latham Advises Eurazeo on Acquisition of Rydoo

Paris team represents Eurazeo PME IV on acquisition of expense management software company.
Latham & Watkins has advised Eurazeo, a leading global investment group listed on Euronext Paris, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Rydoo, a leading global provider of expense management software, from Marlin Equity Partners. The completion of the transaction remains subject to the realization of customary closing process and operations.
Current financial sponsor Marlin Equity Partners will reinvest to continue to back Rydoo’s success alongside Eurazeo.
The Latham team was led by Paris partner Simon Lange, with associate Alexandre de Puysegur. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Paris partner Xavier Renard, with London associate Clémence Morel.
