Latham & Watkins Advises OIC on Investment of Up to €65 Million in CargoBeamer
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised capital solutions provider Orion Infrastructure Capital (OIC) on a combined debt and equity investment of up to €65 million in CargoBeamer. CargoBeamer is a leading European logistics company and intermodal terminal operator driving the shift of freight transport from road to rail.
The investment will support the construction of two CargoBeamer terminals in Kaldenkirchen, Germany, and Domodossola, Italy.
