Latham & Watkins Advises Consortium of Banks on Financing for TeamViewer's Acquisition of 1E
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised a consortium of banks led by ING Deutschland, on a €700 million syndicated bridge and term loan facilities agreement to support TeamViewer's acquisition of the London-based software company 1E, a leading provider of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) software, from Carlyle. The transaction marks TeamViewer’s strategic expansion in the digital workplace management sector.
The financing was structured by ING Deutschland as financial advisor and global coordinator, with ING Deutschland and the Royal Bank of Canada acting as underwriters and bookrunners.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt finance partner Sibylle Münch, with Munich associate Julia Braeuer. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Munich partner Ulf Kieker.
