Latham & Watkins Advises Bridgepoint on Acquisition of LumApps

Paris team represents Bridgepoint Europe VII, a leading mid-market fund, on significant acquisition.

Latham & Watkins has advised Bridgepoint on the acquisition of LumApps from its reference shareholders Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Bpifrance, IRIS, and Eurazeo Growth for US$650 million to support the company in its next stage of growth.

Headquartered near Lyon, France, LumApps is a cloud-based social intranet for enterprises, enhancing workplace engagement and productivity by making it easier for employees to work, communicate, and collaborate.

The Latham team was led by Paris partners Olivier du Mottay and Simon Lange, with associates Louise Gurly, Nicolas Lacour, and Blaise Olympio. Advice was also provided on finance matters by Paris partners Lionel Dechmann and Carla-Sophie Imperadeiro, with associate Virginie Terzic; on antitrust matters by Paris partner Adrien Giraud, with associates Aliénor Estrade and Julia Malaussène; and on employment matters by Paris partner Matthias Rubner, with associate Yanis Gaoua.
