Latham Advises Bridgepoint on Acquisition of Nexity SA’s Residential Property Management Services Business
Latham & Watkins has advised Bridgepoint on entering into exclusive discussions with Nexity SA, a Euronext-listed real estate operator company, for the acquisition of its Residential Property Management Services Business, based on an enterprise value of €440 million.
The transaction will also include a strategic partnership that aims to amplify existing synergies with Nexity’s activities. The acquisition remains subject to consultation with the relevant employee representative bodies and regulatory approvals.
The Latham team was led by Paris partners Olivier du Mottay and Simon Lange, with associates Morgane Chaloin, Alexandre de Puysegur, and Giovanni Novi. Advice was also provided on commercial contracts and IP/IT matters by Paris partner Jean-Luc Juhan, with associate Jean Bergeron; on tax matters by Paris partner Olivia Rauch-Ravisé, with associate Jean-Baptiste Bourbier; and on antitrust matters by partner Adrien Giraud, with associates Mathilde Ayel and Julia Malaussène.
