  • The creditors committee in relation to the €865 million first and second lien financing arrangements and €620 million recapitalisation of Imagina / Mediapro, a Spanish multimedia communications group

  • IFM Investors in the acquisition of OHL Concessions for €2.8 billion Lovell Minnick Partners in an equity investment and debt financing to Trea Asset Management, in the context of the acquisition
