Daphne Lambadariou is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Daphne is a member of the Emerging Companies & Growth and Digital Assets & Web3 Practices.

Daphne advises growth stage companies in various industries, including software, fintech, and healthcare throughout their lifecycles from formation to financings and through exit.

Daphne further advises cryptocurrency and Web3 companies across their lifecycles on general corporate matters, financings, token launches, DAO formation, product counseling, and a variety of regulatory matters, including Layer 1s, Layer 2s, DeFi companies, cross-chain bridges, NFT companies, and various blockchain infrastructure projects.

In addition, she advises a number of the leading venture capital firms on matters involving financings, token rights and distributions, and decentralized governance.

Daphne maintains an active pro bono practice, acting as the NY-office liaison for Start Small Think Big.

Daphne’s representative clients in the Digital Assets & Web3 space include: Aave, Aptos, Celestia, EigenLayer, Lunchbox, Starkware, and Polygon.

Daphne’s experience includes advising: 

  • EigenLayer in its Series A financing round totaling US$50 million.
  • Haven Energy in its Series A financing round totaling US$7 million.
