Dr. Jacob Fontaine advises German and international companies and private equity investors on all aspects of corporate law and in the context of M&A transactions.

Jacob combines his pragmatic approach to problem solving and extensive experience across multiple industries to guide clients on complex issues involving:

As a recognized leader at the firm, Jacob serves on the Latham’s German Pro Bono Committee and is the local leader of the Parent Lawyers Group.

Before joining Latham, Jacob practiced at another global law firm.
