• The Lenders in the CHF580 million refinancing of Swiss Towers AG, the Swiss subsidiary of the Cellnex Group
• The senior creditors’ committee on the restructuring and recapitalization of Pronovias, the Spanish wedding and occasion wear business 
• Finerge Group on its platform refinancing 
• Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) in the financing for the acquisition of Atlas Renewable Energy from Actis 
• TA Associates in the financing for the acquisition of the esPublico group, a Spanish group of companies that develop legal and economic content platforms 
• Promotora de Informaciones, S.A. and several companies of the Prisa Group on the refinancing and amendment of its syndicated financial debt 
• The Carlyle Group on the financing for the acquisition of the Altadia Group from an affiliate of Lone Star Funds 
• ArchiMed in the financing for the acquisition of Spanish pharmaceutical company Suanfarma
