Dr. Joscha Müller advises clients on infrastructure and energy projects, encompassing early project development phases as well as M&A transactions and investment scenarios.
Joscha studied law at the University of Giessen and at the University of Nottingham. During his PhD-research he focused on new developments in the regulation and protection of foreign direct investments.
He served his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at international law firms in Frankfurt and at the financial law division of the European Central Bank.
Prior to joining Latham in 2023, Joscha worked at a leading international law firm in the practice areas of project finance and M&A.
