Dr. Julia Schöfer is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins' Munich office.

Julia advises corporates and financial investors on M&A, private equity, and general corporate law.

She studied law in Munich and completed her legal training in the Corporate Department of Latham's Munich office, as well as in the corporate departments of two other international law firms in Munich and Cape Town.
