Julia Wenzel is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Tax Department.

Julia advises clients in German and international tax law focusing on the tax aspects of private equity and corporate transactions and domestic and multi-jurisdictional tax planning.

Prior to joining Latham, she gained experience working as an associate in the Tax Department of another leading international law firm in Frankfurt.

Julia's experience includes advising:
