Thies Schmitte is a Privacy & Cyber associate in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins.

Thies advises international and national clients on data privacy and new technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI). He represents clients in data privacy litigation and supervisory proceedings and advises on data protection compliance.

He focuses on a variety of complex matters, including:
