Andréa Stapts

Andréa Stapts is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Tax Department. Andréa advises on corporate taxation. She provides general tax advice to French and multinational groups of companies, investment funds, as well as financial institutions, and focuses on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, assets financings, and group restructurings.
