Eduard is a member of the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice and the firm’s Corporate Department. Eduard advises growth-stage companies in various industries, including software, fintech, life sciences, healthcare, and aerospace and defense, from formation to financings and through exit. He also represents venture and other funds in private investments, and strategic acquirers in connection with M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
