Dr. Edward Martin is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins' Hamburg office.

Edward mainly advises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate law. He represents both German and international companies and financial investors.

Edward studied in Hamburg, Berlin, and Paris.
