Manuela Minsel is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins’ Munich office.

Manuela advises clients in German and international tax law, focusing on the tax aspects of corporate transactions and domestic and multi-jurisdictional tax planning.

She studied law in Leipzig and also qualifies as tax advisor.

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, she gained experience working as an associate in the tax department of another leading international law firm in Munich.
