Dr. Ulf Kieker is a partner in the Munich office of Latham & Watkins, practicing in the firm’s Tax Department.

Ulf advises on national and international tax law. He focuses on German and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions, as well as restructuring mandates, including the respective financing via credit facilities or bonds and the structuring of management equity programs.
